2 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder (or regular cocoa)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup granulated keto sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit blend)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs (or flax eggs)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8-inch baking pan.
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powders, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, melted oil/butter, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Prepare Batter
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Smooth the top if needed.
Bake
Bake for about 20 minutes, until set but still slightly soft in the center.
Cool
Let brownies cool completely in the pan—they will firm up as they cool.
Serve
