Ingredients:

• ½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
• 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip (sugar-free if you choose)
Optional toppings:

Directions:
In a blender, blend the cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth. Next, add the pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and pudding mix and blend until creamy. Gently fold in the Cool Whip for that delicious fluffy mousse-like texture. Spoon into cups and chill for about 30 minutes.
