Ingredients
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
10 oz cream cheese, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
Everything But the Bagel seasoning
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Microwave 8 oz of the cream cheese with the mozzarella for 90 seconds, until melted.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and 1 egg until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out on parchment paper and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Cut the remaining 2 oz of cream cheese into 8 cubes.
Place one cube in the center of each dough piece and wrap the dough around it, sealing well.
Roll each ball in Everything But the Bagel seasoning and place on a lined baking sheet.
Beat the remaining egg and brush over the tops.
Bake for 14 minutes, until golden brown.
