Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat
No sugar added ketchup
1 egg
4 pieces of no carb bread crumbled up (I used L’Oven Fresh from Aldi.)
salt and pepper
Instructions
Reserve 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat
Pat into an 8×8 pan.
Add one egg, 2/3 cup No carb of ketchup, salt and pepper to taste, and 4 slices of no carb bread to the hamburger meat.
Mix until all ingredients are combined well.
Top with desired amount of ketchup.
Bake on 375 for 35 minutes.
