½ C Almond Flour
3 Eggs, room temp
12 Tbsp Butter, softened
¼ C Dark cocoa powder
2 oz dark unsweetened chocolate
¾ C erythritol (I used 6 tbsp Pyrue)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)
Melt butter and chocolate together. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs until slightly frothy, then slowly drizzle in butter/chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix just until well combined. Do not over mix!
Bake in well greased or parchment lined 8×8 pan for 15-20 minutes at 350F. Check often.
