These homemade keto bagels are soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and perfect for your favorite low-carb toppings!
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs and melted butter, mixing until well combined.
Carefully stir in the boiling water until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the bagels cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
