Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
Whip cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold melted chocolate and vanilla into whipped cream.
Spoon into cups and chill 1–2 hours.
