This is my go-to keto “bread” when I want a quick sandwich without the carbs.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix eggs, mozzarella, and Parmesan until fully combined.
Drop large spoonfuls onto a silicone mat or parchment-lined baking sheet and gently shape into rounds.
Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (garlic salt, Italian seasoning, or everything bagel seasoning work great).
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Let cool slightly before using as sandwich “bread.”
