To start my Keto I made 6 quarts of Beef vegetable soup. I eat 2 cups a day and have lost 6 lbs of fat in a week. My iron man scales calculate that it is all a decrease in fat not water weight. I just thought you all might like to have the recipe.
1 head of green cabbage chopped
3 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 large can of tomato purée
1 large can petite tomatoes
3 cups green beans
2 zucchini chopped
1 quart of water
3 tablespoons of beef Better than bouillon
1 large onion diced
4 gloves of garlic minced
2 T Dried herbs de Provence
3 lbs stewing beef
I put it all in a large pot and simmered for a few hours
