Keto Low-Carb Pizza Rings

🧾 Ingredients
🔸 Dough/Base
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
🔸 Toppings/Mix-ins
¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
½ cup shredded mozzarella (extra cheesy!)
2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🔸 For Serving
Sugar-free pizza sauce (for dipping)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Melt Cheese (Fathead Dough)
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese (about 1 minute), stir until smooth.
Make Dough
Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Add Toppings
Fold in pepperoni, extra cheese, and a little pizza sauce to give that “pizza flavor inside.”
Shape Rings
Divide dough into small portions
Roll into logs and connect ends to form rings (like donuts)
Place on parchment-lined baking tray
Bake
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden, crispy, and bubbly (just like in the image).
Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve with warm sugar-free pizza sauce for dipping.
