High-Protein, Low-Carb
Ingredients – Chicken:
2 chicken breasts (halved)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (low-carb breadcrumb alternative)
1 egg (beaten)
Salt & pepper
Ingredients – Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Dip chicken in egg, then coat with Parmesan + pork rind mix.
Pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
In another pan, sauté garlic in butter, add cream + Parmesan, simmer until thick.
Serve sauce over chicken
