Keto Chocolate Frosty
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1–2 cups ice (for thickness)
Instructions
Blend Base
Add heavy cream, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add Ice
Add ice and blend again until thick, creamy, and frosty-like in texture.
Adjust Texture
Add more ice for thicker consistency or a splash of almond milk if too thick.
Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
