1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup low-carb pizza sauce (for dipping or mixing in)

Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
Melt Cheeses
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Make Dough
Add egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until a thick dough forms.
Add Fillings
Fold in pepperoni and optional extra cheese.
Fill Muffin Tin
Scoop mixture evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and set.
Serve
Let cool slightly and serve with warm low-carb pizza sauce for dipping.
