4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella or extra Swiss (optional, for topping)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Layer the Chicken & Cheese
Place chicken breasts in the dish.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Lay one slice of Swiss cheese over each breast.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and paprika.
Spread evenly over the chicken and cheese.
Step 4: Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
Optional: sprinkle shredded cheese on top in the last 5 minutes for extra gooeyness.
Step 5: Serve
