4 pieces of no carb bread crumbled up (I used L’Oven Fresh from Aldi.)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

salt and pepper<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Instructions<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Reserve 1 1\/2 pounds of hamburger meat<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pat into an 8×8 pan.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Add one egg, 2\/3 cup No carb of ketchup, salt and pepper to taste, and 4 slices of no carb bread to the hamburger meat.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Mix until all ingredients are combined well.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Top with desired amount of ketchup.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
