Prep &amp; Bread the Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Set up 3 shallow dishes: flour seasoned with salt\/pepper in one, beaten eggs in the second, panko + \u00bd cup Parmesan + garlic powder + Italian seasoning in the third.<br \/>\nDredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then panko mix.
